The Greenville Chamber of Commerce is organized to advance the general welfare and prosperity of the Greenville area so that its citizens and all areas of its business community shall prosper. All necessary means of promotion shall be provided and particular attention and emphasis shall be given to the economic, civic, commercial, cultural, industrial and education interests of the area.

    It’s time to celebrate your fellow Greenville Chamber of Commerce members! Above you’ll find a link to nominate members in a variety of categories. On January 25th we’ll get together to reveal and celebrate those receiving top honors. Our evening will begin with cocktails from 5:30 to 6 and dinner at 6. Following dinner with be the presentation of awards and an evening of fun that includes giveaways and dancing (music provided by WGRN DJs). Your ticket includes dinner and an adult beverage ticket. Seats are $50 each and a table of 8 is $450 (table purchasers get additional door prize tickets). Kindly RSVP by 5pm January 10, 2025.

    Purchase your ticket/table securely online or RSVP online and mail your check. Online payments include a 4% Credit Card processing fee.

    Business After Hours Join us for our next Business After Hours on Thursday, January 2 from 5-7pm!! This time we’ll be hosted by The Milk House, part of the Rolling Lawns Farm family! Great food (ice cream!) and fun, plus there’s the chance of door prizes and a 50/50 drawing. It’s a great networking opportunity with your fellow chamber members! Don’t miss it! Chamber members are more than welcome to invite a guest.

    Bond County Business Network Lunch at SMART Center Bond County Business Network Luncheon 🍴🍔: Join us on Tuesday, January 14th 11:30am on the THIRD floor of the SMART Center. You'll get a chance to talk about what it is you do and Tracey Glenn, from the Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity will be our feature speaker. RSVP for another great chance to connect and promote! The event cost is $12 ($12.50 if credit card) and includes lunch. Payment can be made at the event (cash, check or charge) or pre-pay online (link also in Chamber Update emailing).   • Winner of Bond County Restaurant Rumble!

    Congrats to The Old Mill Loaded Steak Burrito. Nov 19, 2024     Congratulations to our returning champion! The Old Mill, who won our first Restaurant Rumble in 2022, has taken the title for 2024 with their Loaded Steak Burrito! All our “rumblers” put forth excellent dishes and their customers seem to want everything added to each participant’s menu. We'll be drawing names from those who rated and shared posts over the last two weeks. Those winners will receive gift certificates from your favorite Bond County restaurants. Great job everyone and CONGRATULATIONS to The Old Mill!!!

    January 28, 2024     In April 2023, your Greenville Chamber announced its new junior organization, the 35U Crew. Like the Jaycees used to do, the 35U Crew hopes to engage the next generation of business people. The Chamber will work with them on networking and other activities to build their careers. If you are 35 or under and looking to develop your skills as an individual leader while taking collective action to benefit the community, attend a Chamber event or contact Elaine McNamara for more information on 35U Crew meetings, mixers, and service projects!
